Warranty Period

We offer a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase on all our footwear. It’s our way of ensuring you enjoy our pieces with complete peace of mind.

Proof of Purchase

To claim warranty support, please retain your original invoice or bill—it helps us assist you swiftly and accurately.

What’s Covered

Each pair is thoughtfully handcrafted, but in the rare case you notice a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, reach out to us and we’ll make it right. You can connect with us via WhatsApp or Email, and our team will guide you from there.

Replacements or Refunds

If a defect is reported within 48 hours of delivery, you’ll have the option to receive a replacement or a full refund, whichever feels right to you.

Not Covered

Our warranty doesn't extend to damage from accidents, misuse, or overuse. But even then, we won’t leave you stranded.

Repair Services

If your pair needs a little care outside the warranty, we’re happy to help. We’ll do our best to repair it and bring it back to life.
