Refund and Exchange Policy – Raahey
We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. That's why we offer a 7-day return policy to give you peace of mind.
If you decide to return an item, please ensure it’s in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Kindly include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Starting a return is simple. Just reach out to us at hello@raahey.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: we can only accept returns that have been authorized beforehand.
Your refund will be processed promptly in the form of Store Credit / Credit Note once our team has inspected the returned product.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or if you’ve received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll assess the situation and make it right for you.
Exchanges
To expedite an exchange, simply email us at hello@raahey.com or WhatsApp us at +91 7400117310. A member of our team will assist you in choosing the perfect replacement. Once you've finalized the exchange, send the item to our Mumbai base at:

After our team inspects the returned item, your replacement will be shipped within 3–4 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Refunds are issued in the form of Store Credits / Credit Notes. Please allow 3–5 days for the returned product to reach our base once it's picked up from your location.
Non-returnable Items
Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers are non-returnable. However, we do allow size exchanges for such items, subject to availability.
